Parking at The Sheraton
Daily conference attendees will receive a discounted parking rate of $15 a day for self-park and $20 for valet. For hotel guests, the parking rate is $55 for overnight self-parking and $65 for overnight valet parking.
Bring your parking ticket with you to the registration desk to be validated each day.
- Pay for self-park at the parking machine prior to exiting the parking garage
- Pay for valet at the front desk prior to picking up your car
Booking Your Stay
An exclusive block of rooms has been secured at the Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort. The discounted group rate starts at a special rate of $325 for a city view or $355 for a partial ocean view, single or double occupancy, per night, plus tax, depending on the room type selected. A discounted daily Resort Fee of $34 will also be added to the room rate.
In order to receive the discounted room rate, reservations must be made by December 18th, 2024 at 5:00 pm, Hawaiian Standard Time.
All reservations must be accompanied by a first night room deposit. The hotel will NOT hold any reservations unless secured by a deposit. A No-Show charge of one (1) night's room and tax will be charged to any individual who fails to show for their confirmed reservation.

Please note:
Due to a recent Marriott system update, the rates that appear when selecting a room via ResLink now includes the hotels standard resort charge in the displayed nightly rate. Regrettably, there is no way for us to override this and we cannot change the display.
When you are selecting a room, you will see a higher “Average Nightly Rate”. You may also notice that there is a notification under the rate that says “Includes 52USD Resort Fee” Please rest assured that the discounted resort charge of $34.00 will be applied at the hotel. This discounted resort charge notification is shown at the top of the initial booking screen before you select a room.
